Lab Results Tracker

Track Your Values Over Time

Why Track Your Results?

โœ“ See trends over time
Is your thyroid improving or getting worse? Are your hormones stabilizing?
โœ“ Compare before and after treatment
See if medication, supplements, or lifestyle changes are actually working.
โœ“ Share complete history with specialists
Give new doctors your full testing history in one organized document.
โœ“ Advocate with data, not just symptoms
Show patterns and borderline results that need attention.

Understanding Ranges

Reference Range
Lab's "normal" range (middle 95% of population tested). This is what appears on your lab report.
Optimal Range
Where you want to be for best health. Often narrower than reference range. Functional medicine practitioners use these.
Important: You can be "normal" according to reference ranges but still have symptoms if you're not in the optimal range. For example, TSH of 4.5 is "normal" (ref: 0.5-5.0) but many people feel better when TSH is 1.0-2.0.
